1- HOW TO BUY
1.1 - Buying is very simple. Just follow these steps: Choose the product you want.
1.2 - View the product you wish to buy. Add it to your basket, select the quantity you wish to order, and add it to your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you wish to proceed with your order, you have the option to do so by registering.
1.3 - Select a payment method: Confirm your order. 1.4 - Purchasing Y Farma products implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2- PAYMENT METHODS
We offer several payment methods: PayPal, cash on delivery, bank transfer, ATM or MBWay. If you choose bank transfer or cash on delivery, please email us at yfarma@y-farma.com and let us know which product you wish to purchase.
3- PAYMENT DEADLINE
In order to release stock for other customers, all orders will be cancelled after 5 working days if they have not been paid for.
4- PRICES
Prices in the online shop are shown alongside the products. Delivery charges will apply depending on the destination of the order. Delivery charges are visible at the time of purchase.
5- RETURNS
YFarma products cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
